Gluten Free Diet:
A gluten-free or gliadin-free diet is a diet which leaves out certain proteins from the following cereal types - wheat, rye, barley, oat as well as derivatives such as spelt, kamut, einkorn and emmer. The gluten which is found in wheat flour and the cereal types above have to be strictly avoided by coeliac sufferers for life.
