We believe that every one of our guests has the right to tranquility so we have a principle of mutual awareness and consideration when using the spa area.

Room of tranquility & purity

As this is a room of quiet, please turn off your mobile telephone. Smoking is treated as a taboo in this space and is not allowed.

Relaxation Area

For your optimal therapy experience we recommend that you take plenty of time for relaxation before and after your treatments. Ideally you should spend half an hour relaxing before your spa treatment. Slow down, drink a herbal tea at our tea bar and relax in the wonderful atmosphere. After being pampered take time out in our relaxation zone to let the benefits of your treatment sink in and feel pure harmony…

Reservation

We will be happy to make your reservation directly at the Spa Reception and we are always available for any questions you may have. Additionally you can call us from your room telephone by simply pressing the marked key. To be able to guarantee your preferred appointment we recommend that you book when making your room reservation. You can then be sure that you will receive your requested treatment appointments, for example on weekends or on certain days when we may be fully booked. You can then enjoy the happy anticipation of your pampering session.

Health

In order to be able to treat you individually and in the best possible way, we ask you to please inform us of any health problems you may have such as accidents, allergies or similar when making your spa appointment. We want to be able to suit our treatments as best as possible to you personally, to match your needs, wellbeing and level of health and you can help us!

Advice

Our wellness specialists look forward to accompanying you on your way to tranquility and relaxation with attentiveness, sensitivity and specialist knowledge. Make use of our staff's long experience and describe your wishes and expectations and let them advise you. Together with you they will put together an individual wellness regime and find the perfect offers and programmes to suit your needs.

Cancellations

The treatment times which you choose will be reserved exclusively for you.
Please understand that cancellation at short notice is not possible and you will still be charged for the treatment.
