"Slow Down". Before it harms you. Is the pressure to succeed too great to bear any longer? Our instinctive nerves and stress hormone system goes into overdrive. The result: burn-out and depression.
Today it is possible to measure sleep quality, your individual biorhythm (when am I most productive?) and, thanks to heart rate variability (HRV), the influence of the autonomic nervous system and consequently your stress levels. Wearing a 5 x 5 cm little box for 24 hours is the most high-tech form of stress research. The information collected makes it possible to counteract the problem early.
